We’re excited to welcome David Kalhoefer to JBI Partners. With more than 30 years of experience in land development, David brings extensive expertise in residential land planning, commercial and retail site planning, entitlements, and project management. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with municipalities across North Texas, representing clients before city councils, planning and zoning commissions, and development boards. David’s leadership and ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams make him a valuable addition to JBI, and we look forward to the experience and insight he brings as we continue to grow.
