Since joining JBI Partners in 2004, Jeff has served our clients with efficient and responsive engineering solutions. He has extensive experience in both private and public sector engineering, including public improvement districts and municipal utility districts. In addition to leading a design team of engineers, he also serves as the construction administration, construction management and inspection discipline manager.

Jeff and his wife, Lauren, have been married over ten years, have three sons, and are active in several ministries at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Frisco.
