Jerry Sylo

Jerry has over 34 years of experience in residential and nonresidential land planning, neighborhood design, and, zoning and entitlements. Having worked in both the public and private sectors allows Jerry to have a unique perspective on the many facets of the development process. He has built long-term relationships with staff of numerous Dallas-Ft Worth communities. He is well versed in all aspects of large and small-scale land planning projects; from project design and development standard creation to making presentations to city Planning and Zoning Commissions and City Councils.
He and his wife, Cissy, have been married for over 25 years and have three adult children. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys photography, not working in his yard, and being in awe of the world around him.
