Josh began his professional career as an engineer at JBI Partners in 2005, but his passion for construction started much earlier – at just 14 years old – working alongside a contractor in his hometown of Muenster, Texas. He continued to build on his foundation at Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

As a Licensed Professional Engineer, Josh has developed a well-rounded career specializing in land development engineering, project management, value engineering, and client management. He has extensive knowledge working in Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) as well as guiding projects through complex regulatory and infrastructure challenges with efficiency and precision. In additional to his technical expertise, Josh is deeply committed to client satisfaction and growth, building long-term relationships and delivering strategic solutions that help clients achieve their development goals. His proactive approach ensures client success through collaboration, trust, and a results-driven mindset.

Beyond his professional life, Josh finds stability and support in his wife, Samantha, while their two children, Ella and Cash, keep life dynamic and ever-changing.
