Mark W. Harp, RPLS, Survey Manager/Partner, after graduating high school in 1984, Mark served in the United States Air Force for a four year stint, and then moved back to his home town in West Texas and began his surveying career. During the 1990’s Mark was surveying in West Texas while attending college, and upon graduating college, Mark taught math in the secondary schools for a few years, before reentering back into the surveying field. He moved from West Texas to Dallas Area, and has been surveying with JBI Partners, Inc. since 2000. Mark’s expertise is in boundary survey, topographic maps, platting, easement preparation, route surveys and construction projects.
