Beaver Bend Park
Beavers Bend Park is a 30 acre neighborhood park and trailhead master planned by JBI to serve both local recreation and regional trail connectivity in southwest Frisco. The park features a playground, shelter, playfields, and a winding hike and bike trail system that connects to the regional trail along Lebanon Road and extends south to surrounding neighborhoods. Phase 1 delivered the core park amenities along with scenic overlooks, preservation areas, and a low water crossing at Stewart Creek, while Phase 2 extended the trail network by approximately one mile and added a reconstructed pond, site furnishings, signage, and native landscaping. Today, Beavers Bend Park and Trail is a valued community destination and a key link in Frisco’s expanding trail system.
