Broadmoor Estates, a 167-lot community developed by First Texas Homes, offers half-acre estate homesites in the small town of Ovilla in southern Dallas County. The neighborhood provides generous open space, privacy, and convenient access to the greater Dallas region, creating an appealing balance between rural serenity and urban connectivity.  A major focus of the development was preserving existing mature trees, which significantly shaped the community’s aesthetic identity.
