Crossmill is a multi-phase community located in the City of Princeton’s ETJ, along the border with Lowry Crossing. At completion, it will offer over 1,400 homes.
The development includes land dedicated for a future elementary and middle school, and features a 13-acre amenity area, which includes an amenity center and playground strategically situated to overlook a scenic pond and a looped walking trail. Sidewalks are planned throughout the community, promoting walkability and connectivity for residents.  The developer also contributed to the construction of JJ (Book) Wilson Park next door, and supported additional city park improvements.
