High Point Park South, one of Plano’s earliest athletic complexes dating to the early 1980s, was revitalized to meet the demands of a heavily used multi sport facility serving softball, soccer, and youth football leagues. JBI Partners led the comprehensive renovation of the 31 acre park, delivering major infrastructure upgrades including improved access and parking, perimeter trail enhancements, a fully rebuilt irrigation system with new pumps and water service, a new 2,240 square foot restroom building, replacement sports lighting, renovated ball fields and dugouts, turf improvements, and utility upgrades. Serving as the City’s primary point of contact, JBI coordinated all consultants, guided approvals to bring the site into compliance with current development codes, and provided construction management support to successfully modernize the park for long term use.
