JBI Partners served as lead consultant, providing master planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the renovation of an existing tennis facility. The master plan repositions the complex as a visible community destination by relocating a new two story pro shop to Spring Creek Parkway, introducing a small parking area, and transforming a relocated court into a championship level feature. The proposed pro shop includes ground level retail and staff offices with upper level seating, lounge space, and an outdoor balcony overlooking the courts. Additional improvements include enhanced practice and teaching facilities, a shade structure along the championship court, and extensive landscaping, creating a cohesive and elevated tennis experience.
