Horseshoe Park is a 10 acre neighborhood park adjacent to Hughston Elementary School that serves both students and the surrounding residential community. JBI Partners was selected to lead the park’s full renovation through a community driven master planning process that balanced shared school use with neighborhood recreation while improving accessibility, safety, and circulation within a constrained site. The plan introduces expanded multi use fields, a cricket field, baseball and soccer practice areas, an upgraded shaded playground, looped walking trails with shaded seating, new site furnishings, enhanced landscaping, and a future restroom facility. Informed by extensive public outreach and stakeholder input, the project is scheduled to begin construction in Spring 2026 and will transform Horseshoe Park into a flexible, inclusive community destination.
