John Flavel Greer Park was delivered through a collaborative partnership between the City of Anna, a local developer, and JBI Partners’ landscape architecture and civil engineering teams to create a nature driven community destination. Dedicated to the City as part of a development agreement, the park features a looped trail, multiple playgrounds, dog parks, and open spaces thoughtfully integrated within mature vegetation to provide an immersive outdoor experience. Careful grading, drainage, and utility coordination preserved existing trees and terrain while ensuring accessibility, durability, and long term performance. Additional amenities including pavilions, shaded gathering areas, lighting, parking enhancements, and infrastructure for future expansion reinforce the park’s role as a sustainable and vibrant community asset.
