Magnolia Pointe, a 1,588-lot master-planned community developed by D.R. Horton, was one of the first major residential projects in the City of Josephine. As part of its development, more than 14 acres were dedicated to the City for the construction of John and Barbara Roderick Elementary School, establishing a strong educational anchor that supports families and enhances long-term community value.  The neighborhood features two amenity centers, generous open spaces, and a connected trail system, all thoughtfully designed to encourage outdoor activity and social interaction. Together, these elements create a vibrant, family-oriented community that continues to shape Josephine’s growth and identity.
