Market Plaza is a vibrant mixed-use development anchored by a 67,000-square-foot Central Market. The project features approximately 186,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 157,000 square feet of office, a Staybridge Suites Plano, and an LA Fitness facility. JBI Partners, Inc. has supported the development since its acquisition by Silver Tree Partners in 1999, providing comprehensive planning, surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services.  JBI also assisted in the rezoning of the remaining 30 acres, creating the opportunity for up to 1,500 urban multi-family units and supporting the project’s continued growth.
