Wills C. Winter s Park (formerly Randall) Park is a joint use community and athletic facility developed through a partnership between the City of Dallas and the Dallas Independent School District to serve both neighborhood residents and Woodrow Wilson High School. JBI Partners led the transformation of the site into a competitive high school level athletic complex while expanding community park amenities, delivering full size baseball, softball, and soccer fields, covered bleachers and grandstands, scoreboards, a concession and restroom building, custom entrances, lighting, and a 100 space parking lot. Built in two phases, the project also includes a memorial plaza, playground and tennis court upgrades, landscaping, and a site wide irrigation system. Serving as lead consultant, JBI coordinated City and school stakeholders, prepared final site and construction documents, managed phasing, and provided construction administration to successfully deliver a shared use facility that benefits both the school and the surrounding community.
