The community features a 12-acre amenity center with pools, splash pad, pavilion, event lawn, sports courts, food plaza, and pocket parks.  At the heart of Silverado East is a 12-acre amenity center featuring multiple pools, a splash pad, cascading water features, an open-air pavilion, a string-lit event lawn, and courts for basketball, tennis, and pickleball. A food court plaza and a series of thoughtfully designed pocket parks further enhance the community experience.  JBI provided landscape architecture and developed a cohesive Western theme carried throughout Silverado East, Silverado West, and High Country at Silverado.
