The City of Anna is one of the fastest-growing communities in North Texas. JBI Partners provided landscape architecture services for The Woods at Lindsey Place, a residential development conveniently located off Highway 5 with easy access to US-75. Developed by D.R. Horton, the community features an amenity center, pocket parks, and a range of one- and two-story homes with open-concept layouts, modern finishes, and integrated smart home technology.  As part of the development agreement, the developer contributed to the creation of John Flavel Greer Park, dedicating it to the City to serve as a public gathering space for the broader Anna community. JBI led the project theming and landscape design, with a focus on incorporating local materials and native vegetation to create a cohesive and regionally responsive environment.
