Developed by D.R. Horton, Trailstone was one of the first major residential communities in the City of Caddo Mills. Since construction began in 2018, it has grown to over 1,200 homes across ten phases, playing a central role in the city’s suburban growth. Trailstone offers two amenity centers, with the original in Phase 1 featuring a resort-style infinity-edge pool, splash pad, signature playground, and open play field. The second amenity center is currently under construction and will add even more recreational opportunities for residents. Multiple neighborhood parks throughout the community provide easy access to outdoor space and foster a strong sense of connection.
