Tom started at JBI Partners, Inc. in 1998 and is a Professional Engineer in both Texas and California. His refined leadership and business expertise have built lasting relationships with public agencies and private clients all across Dallas/Fort Worth. His collaborative style of leadership and high ethical standards reflect the firm’s values, and have earned public recognition for expertise in complex land developments.

A native of New Jersey, Tom’s career began in Los Angeles before planting roots in Texas. Tom is a competitive USTA 4.5 tennis player and golf enthusiast. His wife, Nancy, PhD, is a professor at the University of Texas, Dallas. Together, they are active leaders at St. Andrew UMC in Plano and raised two children.
